The event is part of the RESCEU project: Escape Room: What would life be without the EU?, funded by the European Union from the Europe for Citizens program.

The RESCEU project wants to educate young people about the importance of the European Union in an interesting and interactive way. During the conference, current European issues will be presented, especially related to youth in the EU, Euroscepticism and the current refugee situation resulting from the war in Ukraine. The international closing conference will take place on World Refugee Day. Work with refugees and other immigrants is the central area of activity of the Novo mesto Association for the Development of Voluntary Work.

The conference will be held in English. It will be attended by 20 representatives of project partners and 50 local participants, mostly young people.
